Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the project managers in coordinating project, generating schedules and reports, and updating project information, both at head office and on-site.
  • Assist in plan and specifications analysis in order to provide clear, track able and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
  • Coordinate and monitor the project activities of sub-contractors and other third party vendors; and conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, inspection program.

Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / Design or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Real Estate project management.
  • Has knowledge in construction engineering, design interior, and project management.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure & manage multiple projects.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
