The Challenge

Medan had not had any apartment project launch in the last 3 years as the public still prefers to live in houses and shophouses. This is the first high rise development for the developer.

The Solution

Step 1: C&W conducted a thorough competitor study with a detailed SWOT analysis. We then could produce the appropriate product mix and product positioning that would be most suitable to the current market.
Step 2: C&W produced all the standard marketing documents; pricing & payment strategy and sales strategy.
Step 3: C&W gathered all active agents in the market to feed them on the product that would be launch in the next 2 months for them to offer this to their prospective buyers.
Step 4 – C&W held a launch event in a five star hotel inviting agents and their prospective buyers.

The Results

During the launch event, 70% of the total apartment units in both the towers which was beyond the client’s expectations
The Client is confirmed to launch the 3rd tower mid this year as the results are fantastic.
